Hey guys. I'm Juliette and welcome to my blog! Woohoo, if you have reached this page it means a) you're lost on the internet and you're asking yourself who the heck is this freak?, b) you'd like to know more about France, exchange year, food, traveling... me, c) are we related? friends maybe?, d) none of the previous answers which can be either good or bad. Anyway, just to summarize the history of this page : I created this blog a long time ago to share my life as an exchange student in America. Now, I write when I feel like it, about whatever I feel like talking about. My life ain't really intresting but we all have our story and here is part of mine. (Also, sometimes I do write about smart stuff you might be intrested in). Check it out and forgive me whenever I sound foolish or when I make mistakes. This is all personal. Love, Juliette

London field trip

How do you do ? dear followers and co !

Last week I went to London with my school and it was pretty awesome. I'm not going to bore you with the whole program of the week but we did some incredible things such as visiting a brewery, going to the theater to see Charly and the Chocolate Factory the musical or walking through Camden and Picadilly Circus. We also had the priviledge to taste the food... yeeeeeerk it's absolutly unbearable ! I survived by eating 4 apples a day haha (still, I gained 1kg).

I have a great story for you guys. So, a dumb guy in my class tryed to buy drugs in London. He is a junky and paid £35 for heroine. Well, he thought he had done so... but he actually paid for star anise (a spice). It was a scam. People are stupid sometimes. I enjoy looking at our world with an open mind because there is so much different people and they all have a different story. I can't explain but since I've returned home I see the world differently. I try hard not to judge people by their appearance and I imagine what life they might have. It's intresting...

Anyway, I also learned a lot, we visited a few museum and discovered (for the second time) the beauty of London. We were 2 to 4 student in each host family. I was with Axelle and Caroline. We had a great time talking about everything (mostly boys jkjk).

Because I was in England, I finally decided to read Oscar Wilde. So I choose, "the Picture of Dorian Gray". I will finish later tonight. I loved it so far. The story is pushing you through the book so easily. I'm not going to spoil you but you should definitely read it !

I also finished the tv show "Orange is the new black" season 3. I can't wait for the next season !

Bye lads,

Juliette
